SHIPPING & RETURNS

Mugs and regular bowls will ship in 1-2 weeks, personalized bowls in 2-4 weeks. All items ship to the address provided by the customer. If items require to be shipped again, customer is responsible for cost of reshipment. We use UPS and USPS. Please contact us for local pickup options if you are in the greater Denver area and are interested in picking up your bowls you can save on shipping and handling fees!

In an effort to be environmentally responsible, all of our packaging materials are recyclable. We also reuse boxes from time to time. Our sustainable shipping standards are high, and eco-friendly shipping solutions are important to us!

All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns. Customer service is important to us, so please reach out to us via email at swankyceramics@gmail.com with any issues with your order and we will do our best to accommodate our customers. In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and keep all of the packaging. We'll provide further instructions and begin the process of getting a replacement piece to you as soon as possible. We do not take responsibility or offer refunds for stolen mail.
